Self-Compassion Break

This video introduces a self-compassion practice designed for moments when you’re struggling with difficult thoughts, emotions, or situations. During these times, it’s common to become self-critical or speak to yourself in unkind ways. By taking a self-compassion break (pausing, breathing, and intentionally offering yourself kinder, more supportive words) you can soften self-judgment, regulate your emotions, and respond to challenges with greater care and resilience.
